THE RIVERVIEW JAZZ FESTIVAL

This year, the Riverview Jazz Festival celebrates its  fifth year anniversary! 2017 promises to be the biggest event yet, with over 30 venues all over Hudson County joining the week-long festivities. The festival will kick off on June 3rd at Harborside on the Jersey City waterfront and culminates with our flagship event on June 10th in Riverview Fisk Park in Jersey City Heights.  

VENDORS: KICK OFF & FLAGSHIP EVENTS

In partnership with Riverview Jazz, Hudson Kitchen in association with AJB Events will curate the vendors for this year’s events. If you are interested in participating, please apply to join us. There are a limited number of spaces available to vendors, so applications will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. Note: we will not duplicate food vendors (i.e. we would not allow two pizza vendors, etc).

DATE/TIME/LOCATION        

  • Saturday, June 3, 2017 from 12:00-7:00 PM, Harborside near the Hudson River waterfront

  • Saturday, June 10, 2017 from 12:00-8:00 PM, Riverview Fisk Park in the Jersey City Heights

ESTIMATED ATTENDANCE     3,000-5,000 (each event)

  • Logo exposure on event ad in the May 28th edition of the Hudson Reporter (for vendors that participate in both events only)

  • Overall event promotion: May 28th edition of the Hudson Reporter: Riverview Jazz Festival program insert distributed to over 30,000 residents in Jersey City, Hoboken and all participating venues; PATH ads, mention on WBGO 88.3 FM and flyer distribution *

REQUIREMENTS

  • Tent vendors must provide their own table, tent and generators; Note: only quiet generators can be used

  • No water sales allowed; all water will be sold by RiverviewJazz.org

  • See vendor rules and regulations for complete information

FEES

We will accept the following types of vendors:

  • Food Trucks/Tents: $200 (one event) and $300 (two events)

  • Carts: $100  (one event) and $150 (two events)

  • Artisan/Dry Goods: $90 (one event) and $150 (both events)
