On Wednesday, April 24th, more than 50 members of the Hudson Kitchen community joined us for a groundbreaking celebration and insider’s tour of our 8,000-square-foot shared-use commercial kitchen and food truck commissary at Kearny Point.
Founder and CEO Djenaba Johnson-Jones welcomed representatives from Kearny Point, members of the financial community who have supported the commercial kitchen build out, elected officials, and representatives from local economic development authorities.
Our new, collaborative destination for food and beverage businesses will cater to culinary entrepreneurs from throughout the region as they launch and continue to grow their businesses.
Hudson Kitchen’s communal space will feature commercial grade kitchen equipment, individual prep stations, and extensive dry, cold, and freezer storage. Additionally, Hudson Kitchen members will have access to on-site food truck parking; co-working space with WiFi; and test kitchen specifically designed for cooking demonstrations, intimate chef dinners, and filming live cooking shows.
