Hudson Kitchen is a culinary incubator based in Jersey City, New Jersey, that helps area food entrepreneurs launch and grow their businesses with low risk. We offer our vibrant community of food entrepreneurs access to culinary business workshops, networking events and consulting services to support their businesses. After the opening of our physical space in 2017, Hudson Kitchen will also offer 24-7 kitchen rental, dry/cold/freezer storage and co-working space.
Hudson Kitchen was founded in 2015 by former business development executive, Djenaba Johnson-Jones. After facing countless obstacles with creating her own food business, Djenaba decided to create Hudson Kitchen as a turnkey service that helps other food entrepreneurs surmount these hurdles, get access to industry experts, grow within a supportive community and make their culinary dreams come true.
