The Winter ’26 Food Business Bootcamp is an intensive startup accelerator designed for founders ready to turn a food or beverage concept into a market-ready product. The program combines virtual instruction with in-kitchen production at Hudson Kitchen.

During the program, founders will:
• Refine and scale their recipes with culinary experts
• Test production workflows and develop SOPs
• Shape early brand direction and packaging concepts
• Build pricing models using real batch data
• Create a launch plan that supports their 2026 goals
• Present at a live Demo Day showcase with buyers and investors

• Hands-on kitchen sessions to build and test your product
• Support for up to 3 team members per business
• A tight-knit cohort of 10 businesses for a high-touch experience
